Requirements:
3+ years of sous chef experience in casual fine dining venues
Strong culinary fundamentals with high volume kitchen experience – 200+ seats or more
Leadership experience—ability to inspire, coach, and elevate junior chefs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, ordering, and sanitation standards
Passion for excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement
