Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, whilst ensuring a positive work culture. You will lead, motivate and supervise the team to ensure quality and consistency. You must be energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion for cooking and people management.

Requirements:
Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to take the next step
Must have Italian cuisine experience
Pizza skill advantageous
Exposure to high energy work environment
Management experience and leadership skills with focus on staff development
Understanding of food safety standards
Proven ability in building and maintaining effective relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable to change, possess initiative and solution focused
Must be available and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekend and public holiday
