We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef Pastry to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! As a Sous Chef Pastry, your responsibilities include overseeing and managing, controling and organising the running of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the highest standard of product at all times.   • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments, service experience for all guests
  • Constantly inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal, make sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to
