Job Description:

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining a busy kitchen is the key to this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • You’ll be in charge of your shifts
  • the cooks will be your orchestra & you’ll be the team of conductor
  • Every single item that leaves the kitchen will be a musical note & you’ll take pride in it being executed perfectly and on time
  • You’ll lead a team of passionate team members that need to develop and grow every day
  • You’ll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of the team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar

Requirements:

  • Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy
  • Must have 2 years of experience as a sous chef or similar kitchen leadership role
  • Must have 2 years of experience cooking
  • Must have ServSafe or state equivalent
