Job Description

Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining a busy kitchen is the key to this role.

Job Responsibility

You’ll be in charge of your shifts
the cooks will be your orchestra & you’ll be the team of conductor
Every single item that leaves the kitchen will be a musical note & you’ll take pride in it being executed perfectly and on time
You’ll lead a team of passionate team members that need to develop and grow every day
You’ll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of the team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar

Requirements

Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy
Must have 2 years of experience as a sous chef or similar kitchen leadership role
Must have 2 years of experience cooking
Must have ServSafe or state equivalent
