Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar-sized operation, with a minimum of 2 years in a kitchen environment
  • Culinary qualifications such as C & G 706 1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent
  • Food Safety and Health and Safety certificates at level 2
  • A solid understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations
  • Basic kitchen management skills with a desire to learn and grow
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
