Sous-Chef at Restaurant – 1 Position, Höganäs. Period: START: Mid May 2026 – Mid September 2026. Planned shifts 6-day work a week during high season, starting around 11:00–11:30 and finishing around 21:00. Hours per week 45-55 per week – except month May and September, minimum 35 per week. Pay per hour: Euro 26 per hour (pre- taxes and social security). Note that the selected candidate will be Swedish Self-Employed and earning approximately 37% fiscal charge. Possible also posted self-employment from other EU countries, special rules apply.
Job Responsibility:
The Chef is dealing with hot and cold dishes
The chef handles some prep work during the day
Coordinates dishes according to the pizzaiolos' orders
Requirements:
English, communicative, spoken, or Spanish/Italian
Minimum 3 years of experience with a la carte
Having good health condition (no back problems)
Experienced with ordering supplies
Teamwork ability and possibility to work alone on occasion
Nice to have:
Swedish language is a plus (not compulsory)
Experienced with Italian Pizza Neapolitan is a plus
