Job Description:

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing recruiting strategies, managing candidates, and ensuring a smooth interview process. The role requires excellent communication and time-management skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of specialization
2-3 years’ experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
