We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify and engage potential candidates for diverse and complex positions within VOIS. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure an efficient and inclusive hiring process.
Job Responsibility:
Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent for medium to high complexity roles and act as the first point of contact for candidates
Achieve sourcing goals by employing diverse strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
Maintain accurate data reporting and ensure timely updates on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Mentor junior sourcing specialists by sharing best practices, tools, and processes
Evaluate candidates before advancing them to the interview stage and provide consistent feedback
Proactively create pre-qualified talent pools for future hiring needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 6 months experience in sourcing or recruitment
Skilled in Boolean search logic and various sourcing techniques
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
