The Recruiting Specialist will drive international talent acquisition for a leading consulting group, focusing on direct sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience. The role requires expertise in recruitment tools, stakeholder communication, and fluency in Polish, German, and English. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of experience in proactive sourcing, ideally within IT or consulting environments.
Job Responsibility:
Direct search ownership: map markets, build target-company lists, and proactively reach passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, communities, events, and referrals
Pipeline building: maintain live talent pools across priority countries and skill clusters so we're never starting from zero
Stakeholder partnership: collaborate closely with hiring managers in Poland and Germany to sharpen target profiles and recruiting strategies
Candidate experience: guide candidates through every stage with clarity and professionalism: first contact, qualification, interview coordination across time zones, and offer support
Continuous improvement: test new channels, messaging tactics, and market-specific approaches to keep our sourcing sharp
Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on proactive sourcing / direct search experience, ideally for IT roles (architects, consultants, etc.)
Fluency in Polish and English, German is a plus
Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
A structured approach to translating role briefs into search strategies, with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies across countries in parallel
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Nice to have:
