We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition activities by identifying, engaging, and assessing potential candidates across various roles. This position focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, conducting initial evaluations, supporting interview logistics, and partnering with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing strategies. The role also contributes to reporting, promotes inclusive hiring practices, and supports continuous improvements in sourcing excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms and job boards
Conduct initial phone screens and CV evaluations to assess suitability and experience
Support interview scheduling and assist with candidate assessments
Maintain and nurture a dynamic pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future needs
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements and shape sourcing strategies
participate in kick‑off meetings
Remain updated on industry trends, AI developments, and best practices in candidate sourcing
Advocate inclusive hiring approaches that ensure diverse representation
Prepare reports on sourcing pipelines and activities
Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting and complete ad hoc tasks aligned with business needs
Requirements:
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
Experienced in customer‑facing or customer service environments
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP HR
Highly accurate, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Collaborative, culturally aware, and committed to delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
