Sourcing Specialist

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and refine sourcing requirements
• Manage tactical sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions) using Vodafone platforms
• Suggest sourcing approaches, evaluation criteria, and supplier lists
• Benchmark supplier submissions and prepare recommendation reports for senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Vodafone procurement standards, including ESG and governance frameworks
• Operate sourcing platforms and maintain documentation for approvals and tracking
• Support workshops, spend analysis, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Collaborate with category teams for reporting, contract status, and savings updates

• Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., AVA, Ariba)
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable sourcing requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in a multinational environment
• University degree or equivalent qualification

Fluent German skills are a plus
