Sourcing recruiter

• collaboration with the Hiring Managers and Senior Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role
• coordination of the sourcing process, from intake meeting to candidate submission
• sourcing for passive candidates
• Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• keeping the applicant tracking system up-to-date on candidate profiles and pipeline/funnel
• focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

• ideally worked in a similar role for at least 6 month
• knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean tool, and X-ray search
• confident with stakeholder management
• exceptional communication and time management skills
• customer-focused with a strong drive for results
• flexible approach visiting the office in Budapest
• Fluency in English is required, while Dutch or German is a plus
