Sourcing Recruiter

• Source and engage top candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Prescreen candidates (verbally), align candidate expectations with job levels & salary bands
• Work closely with European recruitment teams to ensure hiring success
• Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and efficient sourcing processes
• Track sourcing progress and schedule interviews for candidates for HR and Hiring Manager interview
• In case of successful recruitment process managing written offers to candidates
• Develop and manage a talent pool for current & future hiring needs
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead in the recruitment space

• Fluency in Spanish / French / Dutch / German /Italian + English (both written & spoken)
• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proactive & results-driven – a go-getter attitude is key!
• Experience in high-volume recruitment & dynamic environments
• Tech-savvy – LinkedIn Recruiter & Workday experience is a plus
• Strong team player – collaboration & support are part of our culture
