Job Responsibility:
Manage the recruitment process for our tech vacancies
Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs
Source top talent across EMEA
Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements
Requirements:
Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with technical recruitment experience
Fluent in Italian and English
Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience
Being proactive, autonomous
Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong sourcing skills
