We are looking for a Dutch and English speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our team supporting the MSP account of a multinational health technology company. Recruiting predominantly for professionals in the tech space in the Netherlands. Location: Working remotely in Poland or Hungary. You will manage the sourcing process for our tech vacancies. Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners. Source top tech talent across EMEA. Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.

Requirements:
Previous end to end experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment
Experienced sourcing passive IT profiles preferred
Fluent in English and Dutch
Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience
Being proactive, autonomous
Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong sourcing skills
