Sourcing Recruiter II Contract: Seattle, Washington, US Salary Range: 50.00 - 51.00 | Per Hour Job Code: 370033 End Date: 2026-07-15 Days Left: 28 days, 13 hours left Title: Sourcing Recruiter II Duration: 12 Months (With Possibility of Conversion) Location: Arlington, VA/ Seattle, WA/ Herndon, VA (Onsite) Pay Range: $50 - $51/Hr Why is this open: Client is expanding its recruiting team to support hiring for Data Center-related business units. Lots of terms from fed background candidates. Backfills and new headcounts. Mission: To aggressively source, pipeline, and hire technical/infrastructure talent for Data Center business. They will be driving high-volume hiring targets to meet a monthly performance expectation of 100 points (averaging 4–6 hires, 20 onsite interviews, and 20–25 phone screens per month). 100% Tech Sourcer No Full recruiter end to end – just hands on sourcing Day to Day: Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines. System Management: Submitting candidates into systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source Onboarding Ramp-up: Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2. Must Haves: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful). Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skill (will be tested in the interview). Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems. Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 day/week in the designated local market.
