Job Responsibility

  • manage the complete sourcing process of private label products within specified categories under the best conditions in line with the overall strategy
  • develop and execute sourcing strategies on the subcategory level
  • contribute to cost base reduction by realizing purchase spend coverage growth
  • ensure positive development of the specified subcategories by improving price and other conditions
  • manage the complete administration process and proactively act upon prolongation/ renewal/ resignation of contracts
  • build further on Private Label development
  • comply with the goals/standards set on healthy living, sustainable trade, community engagement, good trading and climate actions
  • follow market trends
  • effective stakeholder management

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in retail business
  • University degree preferred
  • experience with negotiation and category management
  • very strong communication and negotiation skills
  • advanced English and Czech
  • proactive
  • strong in planning and organizing
  • motivation to work in international environment
