The Sourcing Manager for Enterprise Operations leads complex sourcing events and partners with category leadership to deliver measurable value. This role supports categories such as Facilities, Construction, Loss Prevention, Architecture & Engineering, Logistics/Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, and Supply Chain Innovation. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to achieve cost, service, and risk objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead sourcing execution for high‑value RFx events, including strategy development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations
Support category management by maintaining category plans, spend profiles, and opportunity pipelines using analytics and market intelligence
Deliver financial impact by achieving savings and total value targets aligned with business goals
Engage stakeholders through regular business reviews, strategy updates, and education on sourcing governance
Guide analyst resources on sourcing activities, ensuring quality and compliance with sourcing standards
Maintain governance rigor across intake, documentation, and eSourcing platform usage
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Project Management
A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Supply-Chain, Finance, Accounting Technology or a in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree is required
Proficiency with eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba), spend analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
Negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience with national, multi‑site service RFPs (e.g., logistics, facilities)
Knowledge of TCO frameworks, supplier risk management, and ESG considerations
Familiarity with continuous improvement and cost optimization levers
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Nice to have:
2+ years of experience in Category Management, ideally within Enterprise Operations categories
Master’s degree preferred
