We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to execute effective sourcing and contracting activities for Rail products or 3rd Party Flight Ancillaries, ensuring we deliver optimised products that meet customer needs and commercial goals while establishing strong supplier relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Collect product requirements from markets and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement plans that ensure a competitive and profitable offering aligned with our overall strategy
Negotiate and secure contracts with providers to obtain optimal commercial terms that meet business requirements and customer expectations
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for your product area as you evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities to maximise revenue opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Commercial Flight Product and Ancillary Product Managers to ensure alignment across sourcing activities and broader requirements
Build and maintain effective relationships with partners to help facilitate successful negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure contract compliance
Monitor and report on sourcing KPIs across your product area to identify underperformance and drive improvements
Requirements:
You have experience in sourcing, contracting, or purchasing, preferably within the travel industry
Your negotiation abilities are complemented by a track record of securing favourable terms
Commercial acumen with ability to assess contract value and identify optimisation opportunities informs your decision-making
Working knowledge of rail and/or flight ancillary markets, including pricing models and distribution channels, provides context for your work
Analytical capabilities enable you to interpret market and financial data for informed decision-making
Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities help you collaborate effectively across functions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
You communicate fluently in English, with a second language relevant to key markets being a plus
