These organizations are seeking high-caliber sourcing professionals with strong technical category expertise to spearhead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost-optimization initiatives. As a critical member of the procurement leadership team, your core responsibilities will include: Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute comprehensive commodity strategies to drive significant cost savings, quality improvements, and robust supply continuity. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market analyses, global supplier benchmarking, and proactive supply chain risk assessments. Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-value contract negotiations, pricing structures, and long-term agreements (LTAs) with local and international suppliers. Supplier Performance: Monitor and uplift supplier KPIs utilizing the QCDS framework (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability). Value Creation: Drive strategic localization projects and continuous cost-reduction initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO). Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure sourcing roadmaps align seamlessly with business requirements.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
6 to 12 years of solid experience in Strategic Sourcing or Commodity Management within the manufacturing sector
Strong, demonstrable technical knowledge in metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, or electronic components
Proven track record in complex commercial negotiations, supplier relationship management (SRM), and data-driven cost analytics
