Job Description:

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end management of sourcing and recruitment demand, including the positioning of consultants across various streams. This role involves close coordination with sourcing, recruitment, and account management teams in both France and Romania, as well as with consortium partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing cross-functional sourcing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the demand backlog for sourcing/recruitment and the positioning of consultants
Oversee demand intake and sourcing prioritization
Coordinate with sourcing SPOCs in France to identify the right internal profiles
Collaborate with recruiters in France and Romania for external recruitment
Work closely with account managers in France and Romania to capture demand, share shortlisted profiles, and follow the validation process
Ensure sourcing timelines and deadlines are met
Work with consortium SPOCs to relay and monitor requests
Produce sourcing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take part in global governance
escalate issues and propose solutions to program and business unit management

Requirements:

Fluent French and English
Experience in managing cross-functional sourcing processes
Organized and proactive
Travel required
