Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sourcing professional to lead sourcing operations for the VOIS India Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on shaping and executing regional sourcing strategies, ensuring effective utilisation of sourcing channels, managing requisition workloads, and embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into sourcing practices. The role also involves hands-on sourcing for senior and complex roles, alongside leading and developing a team of sourcing specialists.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and continuously refine sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and key stakeholders to identify target talent pools, channels and platforms
  • Drive optimal use of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media and referrals, using data to assess effectiveness
  • Introduce innovative sourcing approaches to remain competitive in evolving talent markets
  • Manage requisition distribution across the sourcing team to balance workload and ensure timely delivery
  • Track requisition progress and provide regular insights and updates to stakeholders
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion by embedding inclusive sourcing practices and collaborating with DEI partners
  • Personally manage sourcing for senior-level and specialist roles, engaging passive talent and building strong pipelines
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sourcers, promoting collaboration, capability building and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • An experienced talent acquisition or sourcing professional with strong strategic and operational capability
  • A people leader with proven experience guiding and developing sourcing or talent acquisition teams
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships with stakeholders, candidates and external partners
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform sourcing decisions and improve outcomes
  • Knowledgeable about regional talent markets, sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Committed to inclusive hiring practices and knowledgeable about diversity, equity and inclusion principles
  • Typically bringing 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a sourcing or talent acquisition leadership role
