Job Description:

We are seeking a Sourcing Lead to support sourcing execution and category ownership across infrastructure and indirect spend at 1X. This role partners closely with Global Supply Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies that support facilities, IT infrastructure, factory operations, and corporate services. This role is part of a team-based infrastructure sourcing organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute sourcing strategies across assigned infrastructure and indirect categories
  • Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Support infrastructure programs, site operations, and scaling initiatives
  • Track supplier performance, cost, and sourcing metrics
  • Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related roles
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, indirect, or services-based categories
  • Proven ability to execute sourcing activities end-to-end with guidance from senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in manufacturing, facilities, IT, or construction environments
  • Exposure to multi-site or scaling operations
