Job Description

The Sourcing Intern will assist the sourcing team with the purchase order process, sample tracking and ad hoc projects and support the team with the creation and maintenance of sample tracking charts, lab dip charts and style numbers. The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks.

Job Responsibility

Assist the sourcing team with the purchase order process, sample tracking and ad hoc projects
Support the team with the creation and maintenance of sample tracking charts, lab dip charts and style numbers

Requirements

Experience working in Excel (Google Charts a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Junior or senior (Class of 2026 and 2027)
Resume and portfolio (portfolios only needed for Design Applications)
Available June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
