Job Description:

The role involves being in contact with last mile transportation partners, solving business problems, and developing the business direction at low cost with good quality and satisfied customers. It includes a lot of analysis, negotiation, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Securing long term sourcing development and implementation for customer fulfilment capacities
Driving the process for building market intelligence, for the development of a healthy pool of potential service partners and for long-term supplier relationship
Leading assigned sourcing activities, projects and initiatives in the market
Sharing knowledge with colleagues and business partners to support their competence development
Contributing to the global improvement projects and the development of global and market sourcing process, ways of working, tools and working method
Ensuring that the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda is included in all aspect of the business directly connected to and influenced by Strategic Sourcing

Requirements:

Education in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant working experience from strategic sourcing
2-4 years of experience working in a sourcing environment
Experience in developing business development roadmaps, contract management, negotiations, business analysis and project management
Good knowledge of the legislation and regulations governing the logistics fulfilment industry
Good business understanding and excellent knowledge of supply chain, warehousing operations and last mile transportation
Excellent knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
Change and stakeholder management
Financial competence and understanding of the financial impact on total network
Fluent in Swedish and English
