Join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team. The Sourcing Consultant, Technology Recruitment is an open ended contract. The incumbent will provide Talent Sourcing support, and address recruiting needs on an ongoing basis for technical and, data positions across all our locations. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in Engineering, Data, & AI in the US and Toronto. The position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology located in New York.

Source Candidates That Lead Towards AI Engineer Hires
Candidates Sourced and Outreach: 200 Per Week
Maintaining a 20%+ LinkedIn Response Rate
Conduct 10+ Introductory Calls Per Week
Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
Provide Talent Sourcing support, and address recruiting needs on an ongoing basis for technical and, data positions across all our locations
Direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in Engineering, Data, & AI in the US and Toronto
Requirements:
Experience sourcing in a fast paced environment for hard to fill Engineering roles
Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps and similar tech stack
Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches
