Job Description

As a key member of Hadrian's recruiting team, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver on high-priority hiring needs across multiple functions, including engineering, manufacturing, and G&A. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, giving you the autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies that directly fuel Hadrian’s mission. You will build and manage talent pipelines, surface hard-to-find candidates, and ensure a world-class experience at every stage of the process. We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is excited to leverage automation and process-driven recruiting, and is flexible enough to take on a wide range of hiring priorities to help us accelerate our growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in modern sourcing strategies, leveraging automation, data-driven prospecting, and tooling to identify and engage top talent
  • Optimize workflows by applying process automation, data extraction, and market intelligence to continuously improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, anticipating team needs and ensuring high interview-to-offer conversion rates through thoughtful candidate alignment
  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, referral campaigns, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Drive inclusive hiring by embedding diversity-focused sourcing practices into every stage of the funnel
  • Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously, assessing pipeline health, prioritizing efforts, and reallocating focus as business needs evolve
  • Develop dynamic talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategies and workforce planning
  • Represent Hadrian’s mission and recruiting brand at industry events, in candidate conversations, and across digital platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our value proposition and ensure candidates understand the unique impact of joining Hadrian.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles
  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to refine role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven approaches to streamline recruiting processes
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, improve hiring outcomes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering and adjacent functions
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to uncover candidate motivations and ensure long-term fit
  • Skilled at managing large volumes of concurrent pipelines with a sharp understanding of pipeline health, prioritization, and trade-offs between competing requisitions
  • Self-directed and resourceful, capable of driving initiatives forward with limited oversight
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
