We’re looking for passionate people to join our Entertainment's Tech team at Butlin's Skegness! We are passionate about producing and delivering the high quality entertainment that Butlin’s has become renowned for. The Technical Support Team are an integral part of the Entertainment Team providing support to in house and external shows alike. Great audio is important with any entertainment. Within Butlin’s our sound engineers require the skills to move from theatrical style spoken word, to a full band set.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing technical support to in house and external shows
  • Operating sound from theatrical style spoken word to a full band set

Requirements:

  • Passionate about entertainment
  • Experience in live operating
  • Sound engineer Alan and Heath desk knowledge preferred/desirable
  • Must be flexible working across weekdays, weekends and evenings
  • Being a great team player
  • Enjoy the buzz of a busy environment
  • Happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have:

  • Conduct the required tests and record the results accurately
  • Produce test data on standard format worksheets in a precise and timely manner in accordance with standard procedure, and sign the worksheet at the completion of a test
