Our cellar is designed to honor timeless classics while also highlighting rare, allocated, and esoteric selections that encourage discovery and conversation. The program features an expansive range of Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Italian classics, large-format selections, and sommelier-driven pairings, all curated to complement our culinary experience at the highest level. Requirements:
2+ years of hospitality management experience
Strong local hospitality experience and commitment
Course work completed by The Court of Master Sommeliers
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to connect, resolve conflict, drive engagement, and develop teams
Ability to lead and impact a culture of smooth and effective day-to-day operations
Desire to understand and impact financial goals
Ability to innovate
Understand the importance of patience, tact, and diplomacy
