Join Our Opening Team – Sommelier, New Signature Restaurant Opening 2026. Are you passionate about exceptional service and memorable dining experiences? The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Sommeliers to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience. As Sommelier, you will be the wine ambassador of our new restaurant, guiding guests through an expertly curated wine list and delivering a memorable, personalised experience. You’ll work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure perfect pairings and seamless service, while also playing a key role in shaping the restaurant’s wine identity. This role is expected to commence in early February 2026.
