Job Description:

Opportunity to work on Australia's best wine program. Join one of Australia's most progressive restaurant groups. We are looking for the industry’s best Sommeliers to join our team to deliver a best-in-class wine experience on a casual basis.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a best-in-class wine experience
Hands-on role with focus on service delivery

Requirements:

Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
Passion for wine and the industry
Exceptional service skills
Excellent communication and organisation
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Must have full Australian work rights

Nice to have:

WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
