Job Description

We are looking for the industry’s best Sommeliers to join our team to deliver a best-in-class wine experience on a casual basis. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery.

Requirements

  • Sommelier experience
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
  • Previous experience in delivering wine training is advantageous
  • Experience with stock control and inventory management
  • Must be up to date with industry trends
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • WSET or CMS certification advantageous
  • A valid RSA certificate

Nice to have

  • WSET or CMS certification advantageous
  • Previous experience in delivering wine training is advantageous
