Job Responsibility

Requirements
Experience as a sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine-dining establishments
Strong knowledge of wine and sake pairings
Certification such as WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, JSA Sommelier, or sake qualifications is often preferred
Fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills due to the international guest clientele
Ability to provide highly personalized luxury service and work effectively in a detail-oriented omakase environment
