Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, commercially minded Solutions Partner Manager to accelerate the growth of our software solutions through our valued indirect channel. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of building and nurturing strategic partnerships — empowering partners to succeed, uncovering new opportunities, and driving meaningful business results. As part of the role, you’ll represent and drive sales for a diverse range of leading software solutions including Docuware, Global Print, e-Follow Print Management, PaperCut, and other print management, document workflow, and business process automation solutions. You’ll play a key role in positioning these offerings to help partners deliver greater value to their customers and achieve sustainable growth. By combining your technical insight with a strong business development focus, you’ll play a key role in expanding our software solutions space in the channel and growing our professional services revenue streams. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, driving business development, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Indirect sales in assessing customer requirements and positioning appropriate solutions
  • Provide client demonstrations on high value or complex software solutions
  • Provide pre & post-sales sales assistance on solutions portfolio
  • Create customer discovery documents and provide pricing quotes to Solutions products where necessary
  • Develop and or deliver Sales training on Software solutions products
  • Work Closely with Sales & Marketing to develop and promote Solutions portfolio
  • Identify solutions opportunities through knowledge and research of the specific industry/market
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, professional services teams, to develop partnership and distribution strategies for our Partner network
  • Develop and build Toshiba's presence and software solutions market share

Requirements

  • Proven advanced knowledge of Document Management & Workflow Automation
  • Comprehensive knowledge across print management, cloud, capture and document management solutions
  • Proven experience of selling document management solutions to both customers and partners
  • Experience in supporting channel partners to diversify their product portfolio
  • Accurate forecasting and planning skills
  • Proven track record of developing influential relationships
  • Proven track record of building profitable business portfolio
  • Full and valid UK Driving License
