Job Description

Clay’s Solutions Partner ecosystem is critical to customer success as we scale partner-led delivery across implementations, automation, and ongoing Clay services. We’re hiring a Solutions Partner Delivery & Success lead to ensure partner-delivered work is high quality, consistent, and expansion-ready. This role owns partner delivery standards, activation, and enablement. You’ll work across Partnerships, Growth Strategy (CS), Tech Services, Education, and Program Ops to make partner-led delivery predictable and scalable. This is not a sales role. It’s a delivery excellence and systems role focused on outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Own partner delivery quality: Define delivery standards, rules of engagement, and escalation paths
  • monitor partner adherence and step in when quality or outcomes are at risk
  • Enable partners to deliver well: Train partners on Clay CX methodology
  • maintain a partner-facing library of delivery templates, assets, and best practices
  • Support key engagements: Join partner ↔ GS ↔ customer kickoffs for higher-risk or high-impact implementations
  • help course-correct when needed
  • Drive partner-led expansion: Launch and run a partner-led expansion motion for GS-underserved segments
  • prepare partners ahead of new product and packaging launches
  • Increase partner velocity: Operate an activation program (e.g. Accelerate Your Clay Practice) to reduce time from kickoff to first meaningful delivery milestones
  • Run the Partner Academy: Build and maintain partner enablement infrastructure (LMS, modules, demo assets, self-serve resources) in partnership with Education and Solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner delivery, enablement, professional services, customer success, or solutions roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience enabling or overseeing partner-led delivery with strong quality standards
  • Systems mindset with strong judgment in escalations
  • Clear communicator who can balance rigor with partner trust
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and operating in ambiguity
