Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for conducting visits for the customers in the Innovation Lab
  • Accountable for achieving the yearly revenue targets
  • Delivery and implementation of continuous revamp plans for solutions and property
  • Manage budget planning & capex investments
  • Prepare visits and revenue dashboards
  • Have clear knowledge of the customer, customer industry, and conduct proper research around relevant use cases
  • Development and execution of innovative ideas to enhance experience and processes
  • Develop GTM strategies for new and existing products
  • Execute activities of GTM with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage Stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the lab, and solutions GTM
  • Manage customers during the lab visit, including before and after when relevant
  • Manage the project processes with operations, Engineering, supply chain management, Decision support, solutions teams
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors
  • Understand customer and market needs to develop best-fit strategies and activities for solutions sales
