The Role As a Solutions Manager, you will be a strategic revenue driver embedded within the sales organization. The purpose of this role is to leverage deep expertise in Hardware (Terminals), Back-end systems, and SaaS (Advanced HUBs, Permit systems) to accelerate deal cycles and win business. Moving beyond traditional support, you will actively co-pilot high-value opportunities, architect winning tender strategies, and equip the sales force with strong competitive knowledge. You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams, Product Management, and other Solution Managers across Europe. In this highly impactful position, you will directly influence the conversion of complex technical requirements into closed revenue by defining ROI and building client confidence during critical negotiations.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle by qualifying customer needs, matching them with product capabilities, and addressing objections with credibility
  • Own the technical content of complex RFPs/RFIs/tenders, collaborating with peers to build reusable templates, content libraries, and strategic 'win themes'
  • Bridge the gap between client use cases and product capabilities by co-creating value propositions and providing vital feedback on unmet needs to Product Management
  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that highlight differentiators, technical robustness, and roadmap alignment through engaging storytelling
  • Empower the sales force by training teams on product updates, participating in the onboarding of new hires, and creating localized enablement assets such as battlecards and playbooks
  • Evangelize the product and build the Arrive brand by representing us at events, webinars, and industry forums, positioning yourself as a collaborative thought leader

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical support role, ideally with exposure to industrial hardware products and capital equipment
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Terminals (operational principles, components, maintenance, and integration) alongside Back-end and SaaS systems
  • Significant experience managing the end-to-end technical aspects of tender responses, including solution design, proposal writing, and navigating procurement processes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of mentoring and training sales teams, coupled with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Professional fluency in both English (C1) and German (C1)
