This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to strengthen the organisation’s service proposition, improve bid quality and drive sustainable growth across key service lines. The Solutions Lead will be responsible for the design, development and continuous improvement of innovative, person-centred service propositions, ensuring alignment with commissioning requirements, regulatory frameworks and market demand.
Job Responsibility:
Accountable for developing and refining service propositions across multiple care services
Lead market and competitor analysis to inform bid strategy and positioning
Translate operational needs and commissioning requirements into scalable service models
Work closely with Bids, Operations, Quality, Finance and Marketing teams
Support mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring smooth transition into delivery
Drive continuous improvement through data, benchmarking and market insight
Regular engagement with commissioners, partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong experience within Extra Care or a closely aligned social care setting
Background in operations, transformation, commissioning or service design
Proven ability to develop innovative service models and improve commercial outcomes
Experience supporting or leading bid development and solution design
Strong understanding of social care frameworks, commissioning and regulatory requirements
Commercially astute with the ability to interpret market data and competitor activity
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Highly analytical, solution-focused and comfortable working autonomously
