Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the Solutions Lead CT UK 7 I are to ensure connectivity between the UK & Ireland Sales and Delivery teams by providing solution and thought leadership leading to an increase in revenue and quality Career Transition and Mobility solutions. As a subject matter expert, help sales sell a suite of solutions including career coaching, digital portals, assessments, and facilitated workshops enabling clients to expertly and compassionately exit or redeploy transitioning employees. Additionally, consulting client leadership on managing effective redundancy programmes within their companies and bring insight and client information back to the Delivery team, thereby evolving to meet client needs. In addition to Career Transition, support the emerging Career Development/Mobility practice by supporting special projects and ensuring best practices from Career Transition is brought to the Career Development/Mobility offering.
