Solutions Engineer

Fuse is a high-growth New York City startup revolutionizing financial services infrastructure through an innovative low-code tool. Backed by top-tier venture capital, the company is creating a transformative self-service platform for configuration, integration, and automation in financial technology. We are now expanding our capabilities to leverage artificial intelligence in revolutionizing how financial services workflows and integrations are built. We are looking for a Fullstack Solutions Engineer to join our development team. This is a fully technical role that requires strong programming fundamentals, the ability to work across both frontend and backend, and a focus on building reusable components. You will be responsible for implementing solutions using our internal development tools, including Java-based visual code workflows and proprietary platforms built in-house. This role does not rely on a traditional IDE; instead, you will work directly within Fuse’s internal environments to build features, automations, and integrations. We are seeking someone at a Mid-3 to Senior level, capable of working horizontally across multiple projects and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
