As a Solutions Engineer in Atlanta you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to drive success for Taboola’s advertisers. You will be responsible for onboarding new Advertisers, monitoring delivery and performance, resolving technical issues, and providing in-depth technical recommendations and optimization strategies across a book of business. This includes troubleshooting tracking issues such as tag firing and conversion tracking.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end responsibility for technical onboarding, including Taboola pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and performance health analysis.
Perform proactive troubleshooting of tracking and pixel implementation issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliable insights.
Analyze campaign performance using SQL, GA4, and Taboola’s reporting tools, and provide optimization recommendations that improve delivery and KPI attainment.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to prepare for client meetings, provide technical context during discussions, and ensure client goals are supported with the right technical solutions.
Contribute to improving team troubleshooting approaches and best practices, with a focus on scalable tracking.
Build an in-depth knowledge of Taboola advertising products, and how they can be used to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Use SQL and analytics tools to query, process, and analyze campaign performance data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
Requirements:
2-3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role
Experience with SQL (querying and analysis), and familiarity with JavaScript and HTML (ability to read/debug snippets)
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and APIs
Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems
Proven ability to partner with Sales and Account Management teams by using technical expertise to uncover opportunities, address client concerns, and provide data-driven recommendations that support client success and growth.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to translate technical investigations and analysis into actions for non-technical stakeholders
Ability to run data analysis and comparisons to identify trends and opportunities.
