Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Advisory: Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing
  • Solution Design: Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with high-level business outcomes
  • POC Execution: Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value
  • Technical Architecture: Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding
  • Market Influence: Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian
  • additional European languages preferred
  • Experience: 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector
  • Sales Acumen: Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO)
  • Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments
  • Agility: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals and a willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA
