The Solutions Engineering team blends technical depth, product mastery, and customer empathy to help prospects and customers achieve measurable outcomes. Opportunities in Commercial, Enterprise, Strategic, Public Sector, Federal, and Channel segments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead discovery, map requirements to architectures, and deliver high-impact demos, POCs, and pilots
Tackle security, identity, and integration topics (e.g., SSO/SCIM, APIs, data flows) and navigate RFI/RFPs
Quantify value and influence technical win through clear storytelling, ROI/TCO framing, and objection handling
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments
Requirements:
Customer-facing technical experience (or strong adjacent background) with clear communication and solution design skills
Hands-on comfort with modern cloud, identity, security, data, and API integrations
A bias for ownership, urgency, and collaborative problem-solving in multi-stakeholder environments
