At Qargo, we're redefining logistics. Ready to play a vital role in our expansion? Join as a Solutions Engineer! As a Logistics Solutions Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between our commercial and technical teams. You’ll deliver tailored demos, translate customer needs into actionable insights, and ensure prospects and customers see the full value of the Qargo platform. This role combines customer-facing expertise with industry knowledge and technical problem-solving. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Product, and Engineering teams, shaping the way transport companies experience Qargo.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver live demos and technical walk-throughs of the Qargo platform
Customize demo environments to reflect each prospect’s workflow
Support BDMs by qualifying technical fit and providing solution mapping
Translate customer requirements into clear input for our Product Team
Keep sales teams updated on roadmap items and upcoming features
Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer value
Travel on a regular basis for on-site demos and customer meetings

Requirements:

Based in The Netherlands
Solid background in the road transport or logistics sector
+3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (account management, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
Comfortable communicating with both technical and commercial audiences
Strong analytical mindset, quick learner, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and demo tooling
Experience in a SaaS environment
