Job Description:

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to expand our growing business and team in France. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customer’s hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. In this role, you’ll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian’s customers. You’ll strategise on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely together with our cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
  • Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
  • Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes
  • Deliver deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to customers and prospect
  • Work with product management to advance Atlassian’s product line and provide customer feedback

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity
  • Proven track of delivering successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain
  • Experience working extensively with the market in France
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Comfortable in both a business and technical context
