Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the sales, product, partner, and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address the challenges of our enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with our account executives to identify client needs and articulate how Storyblok can deliver value to our enterprise prospects
  • Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the headless content management space, advising clients on best practices, integration strategies, and optimization opportunities
  • Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of Storyblok’s implementation partners
  • Lead client onboarding sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale
  • Work closely with our product team to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements
  • Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage
