Job Description

As part of our Solutions Engineering team, you'll bridge the gap between engineering and our most important customers, guiding them through SDK, API, and integration complexities to help them succeed with their Ad Monetization and User Acquisition strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Investigate, debug and reproduce customer issues, pinpoint root causes, and outline concrete code or config changes
  • Query and visualize large data sets to spot anomalies, performance drops, or emerging patterns
  • Deliver clear and actionable technical guidance for our business teams
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and our most important customers, guiding them through SDK, API, and integration complexities to help them succeed with their Ad Monetization and User Acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience developing mobile apps in Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin or, C#
  • Clear, concise written communicator - equally comfortable with internal technical discussions and external client emails
  • Quick study who readily picks up new tools and concepts

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Familiarity with Unity, React Native, or other cross-platform frameworks
