Job Description:

GTX Solutions is a boutique consulting firm focused on helping brands unlock the power of their customer data. We specialize in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), real-time activation, personalization, and MarTech integrations. Our team blends strategic insight with technical expertise to drive measurable business outcomes for high-growth companies and global enterprises alike. We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on configuring and implementing CDPs, marketing automation platforms, personalization engines, and data integrations. You'll work alongside our strategy leads and clients to bring data-driven experiences to life. Ideal candidates have strong platform knowledge (e.g., Tealium, Hightouch, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Experience Cloud) and enjoy problem-solving, troubleshooting, and building repeatable processes that power personalized customer journeys.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and configure CDP platforms (e.g., Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, Hightouch) to enable data unification and audience activation
  • Connect and maintain downstream integrations with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Dynamic Yield, Facebook CAPI, Google Ads, and more
  • Develop and validate data flows including event tracking, attribute enrichment, and audience triggers
  • Configure and maintain tag management systems (Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager) including JavaScript extensions, load rules, and data layer mapping
  • Leverage API hubs and data streaming tools such as Tealium EventStream and Segment Connections to support real-time activation and integrations
  • Support marketing automation initiatives through logic setup, testing, and platform configuration
  • Translate technical requirements into implementation plans, tickets, or documentation
  • Collaborate with strategy consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
  • Maintain documentation of platform configurations, tagging specs, and implementation decisions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across marketing tech stack and data pipelines

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with CDPs, tag management, and marketing platforms (Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, etc.)
  • Experience working with personalization and A/B testing tools (Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Tealium iQ and Google Tag Manager configuration
  • Solid working knowledge of JavaScript (essential for tag management configurations and platform extensions)
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and server-side integrations
  • Experience using event delivery APIs like Tealium EventStream and Segment Connections
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ESP platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, etc.)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging data flows, integrations, and audience behaviors
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
