Sweep is hiring an Solutions Engineer- ESG Specialist in the US, tasked with supporting Account Executives to sell Sweep solutions to prospective clients and turning them into happy customers.
Job Responsibility:
Bring technical expertise
Pre-Sales Support
Become a Sweep ambassador
Working with organisations to understand their challenges
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products
Deliver customized demos
Provide technical support during the sales cycle
Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Executives
Assist salesperson with questions in RFPs and RFIs
Act as the voice of the customer
Present at marketing events
Training and enablement of the sales team
Requirements:
Experience in a sustainability role
Good knowledge of decarbonization & climate practices
Experience and understanding of the Carbon & ESG/Sustainability industry
An understanding of software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution
Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to tell a story
Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
