Job Description:

Senior level position responsible for accomplishing results through solutioning, development and implementation of AI/ML capabilities as an Individual contributor. The Solutions Engineer - AI Enablement is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance current toolset with AI/ML capabilities for Big data
  • Solutioning for the identified use cases
  • Build quick proof-of-concept to demonstrate identified solutions
  • Collaboration with larger AI/ML stream across data organization
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications
  • Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
  • Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations

Requirements:

  • Experience of 5-8 years in AI/ML
  • Hands-on experience in Python and using ML Libraries (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pytorch) for BigData
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI APIs (Open AI GPT, Bard, etc.)
  • Experience in applying Machine Learning or NLP models in Real time applications for large datasets
  • Experience with MLOPs and Model Deployment Pipelines
  • Experience in using PySpark and big data concepts
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

This may involve leveraging Snorkel Flow or designing custom approaches using state-of-the-art tools, with the goal of delivering real business value and informing the evolution of the Snorkel platform
  • Develop and implement state of the art AI systems such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning pipelines, prompt engineering recipes and agentic workflows
  • Create augmented real-world datasets and comprehensive evaluation workflows to ensure model reliability, transparency, and stakeholder trust. A data- and evaluation-first mindset is essential for success in this role
  • Forge and manage relationships with our customers’ leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful development and deployment of AI projects with Snorkel Flow
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales Solutions and Product teams to map customer needs to existing capabilities, prioritize roadmap gaps, and guide successful project setup
  • Work with other Applied AI Engineers to standardize solutions and contribute to internal tooling and best practices
